With over 15 years of success in real estate, Jeff Cloyd brings a unique blend of market insight, financial leadership, and corporate strategy to every client interaction. As a full-time Realtor with RE/MAX Advanced Realty and a life-long resident of the Indianapolis Metro Area, Jeff specializes in residential real estate throughout Hamilton County and surrounding communities. He has consistently ranked among the top 200 Realtors in Central Indiana and the top 50 in Hamilton County. For over a decade, he has helped lead the #1 RE/MAX brokerage in Indiana, as recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal.  

Jeff currently serves as the lead Realtor and Chief Financial Officer of CityWalk of Fishers, an urban development project that redefines downtown living. His leadership has played a pivotal role in brokering this landmark community and guiding it through every phase of development.  

Jeff also brings more than nine years of executive experience as a CFO, having overseen the financial and operational strategy for multiple real estate ventures, including seven successful residential and commercial developments. Prior to his roles in real estate, Jeff spent three years as a Division Director for one of the largest talent acquisition firms on the S&P 500, aligning top professional talent with the strategic goals of corporations across Central Indiana. His early career includes eleven years as a Project Manager/Controller, delivering consulting services in process improvement, business management, finance, and IT.
